Offer Writer is a Chrome extension that helps a real estate agent fill in a form already open in Lone Wolf Transaction Desk (TD), such as a purchase contract, rider, addendum, disclosure, or listing agreement. This policy covers what the extension handles and where that data goes.
What the extension handles
Your Claude API key. You enter it in Settings. It’s saved in your Chrome profile (chrome.storage.local) and is sent only to Anthropic’s API (api.anthropic.com) to authenticate your requests.
Form field values from the TD form open in your tab, such as names, property address, price, and dates.
The form’s page images. For a form the extension hasn’t seen before, it reads the form’s own page images from TD once, to work out what each blank on the form means.
What you type or dictate into the side panel about the deal.
Documents you attach in the side panel, such as a seller’s disclosure (PDF or photo). They’re used for that conversation only and aren’t saved.
Your settings (model and effort level) and form descriptions (which blank on a TD form means what, with no client information), saved in your Chrome profile.
Where it goes
Anthropic. The form’s fields, your details, any document you attach, and (for a form the extension hasn’t seen) the form’s page images are sent to Anthropic’s API with your own key, so Claude can work out what to fill in. Anthropic’s handling is covered by the Anthropic privacy policy and the terms of your API account.
Transaction Desk. The extension writes field values into the form open in your tab. It never sends, shares, signs, or exits a form, and never fills a signature. You do those things yourself in TD.
Google, for voice input only. If you use the microphone, Chrome’s built-in speech recognition turns your speech into text, and Chrome may send that audio to Google’s speech service. If you’d rather it didn’t, type instead.
What we don’t do
There’s no server run by the developer. Nothing is sent to us.
No analytics, tracking, ads, or selling or sharing of data.
The extension doesn’t read pages other than Transaction Desk.
The conversation isn’t saved after you close the side panel.
Removing your data
Clear your key in Settings, or remove the extension from chrome://extensions. Removing it deletes everything it stored in your Chrome profile.
